At 475 acres, Schaffer’s Mill features 218 single family homes and 188 Mountain Lodges. Home sites range from 1/4 acre to 3/4 acre, while Mountain Lodges range from 1972 sq. ft. to 2684 sq. ft. (3 and 4 bedrooms). Amenities at Schaffer’s Mill currently include an 18-hole championship golf course, community walking trails, cross country ski trails, snow shoeing, stocked fishing ponds and Tahoe National Forest Access for hiking, biking, horseback riding and/or snowmobiling.
