We are excited to announce the addition of Executive Chef Bryan Simpson to our management team. Chef Simpson most recently was the Sous Chef for Wolfgang Puck’s acclaimed restaurant in Las Vegas, Spago.
Some of the favorites on the menu included Teriyaki Glazed Salmon with Cucumber Salad, Avocado, Ponzu, and Pickled Ginger; House-made Seasonal Pizzas and Crispy Calamari & Cauliflower Fritti with Gremolata, Aioli, and Spicy Marinara.
Prior to working under Wolfgang Puck, Chef Simpson worked for the renowned Chef Traci Des Jardins with our General Manager, Jessica Barton, at the Ritz Carlton, Lake Tahoe. “Chef Simpson is no stranger to Lake Tahoe and we are excited to see him back in the community,” said Jessica Barton.
Chef Simpson will be working diligently with the culinary and food & beverage team during the closure on a winter menu that will be sure to surprise and delight upon reopening.
