He doesn’t have his own television show (yet), but he is a Master Chef, and he’s bringing his considerable experience and culinary talents to Schaffer’s Mill. Meet Chef Ramsay Lord. Chef Ramsay honed his skills at Le Cordon Bleu in Scottsdale, and has journeyed across the country from Arizona to Texas, and further afield to Australia, where he has helped create a wide variety of dining experiences. Chef Ramsay also spent time at the James Beard Foundation Award-finalist Binkley’s Restaurant in Cave Creek, Arizona, a highly sought after haute-cuisine experience. In style, Chef Ramsay describes his food as a fusion between new American and Southwestern. Above all, he remains steadfast in his passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients and bold flavors which he is excited to share with our members at Schaffer’s Mill.
