On Monday, April 7th some of our Founders Members were privy to a special treat. Schaffer’s Mill executive chef David Lutz wanted to test out some of his new summer menu items, so the feast was on. From morning till night, a group that included managing partner John Marlin, Wyatt Henderson, and others enjoyed selections from breakfast, lunch, dinner, and of course, desserts. Were there any favorites? “Everything they put in front of me,” according to John’s wife, Dana Marlin. The new menu debuts in May.
